Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How does it work?

The High Drive Dog is a live classroom and community space. With a monthly subscription, you can follow along with Denise as she trains and raises her own high drive dog, Dice, from puppyhood to elite competitor. Everything will be here from the day Dice comes home to behaviour work to sport-specific skills. The content is organized in themed classrooms so you can pick and choose as it relates to your current training goals.

Who is it for?

Originally, the program started with competition in mind. But now it's also really for people focused on raising and training their dog simply to be the best dog it can be, and supporting each other in that process. And others who are fascinated by complex dog behavior, and want to engage in learning opportunities like the webinars.

Where do I begin?

Whether you have a brand new puppy, a recently adopted adult dog, or your simply hoping to fill some holes in your dog's foundations, the Roll With Dice: Kindergarten series is a great place to start! Everything in the 40-Day Behavior series and Advancing Towards Adulthood classroom builds upon these early videos.

You can go as in-depth as you like. If you want to start at the beginning, you can watch the videos and read lectures chronologically. If you prefer to follow along with others, there will be facilitated discussion groups on videos demonstrating key concepts where you can discuss and ask questions.

I want to talk with my peers about what I'm seeing in the classrooms. Is there a forum?

Yes! Do take advantage the community spaces found within this platform. This is a safe space to discuss all things dogs, drive and everyday challenges.

I'm looking for Denise's Instagram and Facebook lives. How do I find them?

All of Denise's Instagram and Facebook lives are organized and labelled in their own classroom, so you can easily find the live you're looking for.

I can't make the live webinar, will there be a recording I can watch later?

Yes! Check the Webinar classroom after the scheduled webinar, and the recording will be uploaded shortly after.

How much does it cost?

The program is available for as a subscription of $9.95 USD/month. You can cancel any time.

Are scholarships available?

Yes. If the current subscription rate isn't accessible to you for financial reasons, please contact us in the form below. A scholarship reduces your monthly fee by 50%. We will not ask personal questions.

What forms of payment do you take?

This site supports Stripe payments. Your subscription will automatically renew, unless canceled before the end of the current period. PayPal subscriptions coming in the near future.

My subscription was cancelled due to payment failure. How do I update my payment details and can I recover my progress?

You can only update your payment details while you're still subscribed. Go to My account > billing to edit your billing details. If your subscription is cancelled after the current billing cycle due to a payment failure, you will have to sign up again with your new credit card details. Unfortunately, your progress will not be saved.

How do I access course content?

Once signed up, simply click on the course you’re interested in viewing and you’ll have access to the individual videos and articles.

Are new videos being added?

So as not to inundate new subscribers with absolutely everything at once, we're gradually releasing the courses one-by-one so there will be a steady stream of new content to view. You will find the Advancing Towards Adulthood classroom is regularly updated with new training videos. The Kindergarten classroom is also being updated weekly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel from My account > Billing > Subscription > Cancel.

Note, we share a Stripe account with Fenzi Dog Sports Academy; however, for payment issues or help cancelling, please email help@thehighdrivedog.com as we may not get your message if you send your communication through Fenzi Academy.
